Women’s basketball representation

Real offers.
Real guidance.

We help girls basketball players navigate legitimate college opportunities, negotiate revenue share agreements and provide guidance on strategy to prepare players for women's college basketball.

The Athlete Collective — Her talent, her opportunity
$1.3M+in revenue share
$7M+in scholarships

The landscape changed. The guidance didn’t keep up.

01Too much pressure on young athletes and their families.
02Too many people selling exposure instead of providing honest guidance.
03Too many fake offers, misleading posts, and manufactured excitement.
04Too many families navigating scholarships, revenue share, rosters, and transfers alone.

The college basketball marketplace is more complicated than ever. Families deserve clarity—not more noise.

Representation built for this era

The complete college opportunity.

A college offer is more than a roster spot or a graphic. We help families understand the full opportunity—basketball fit, scholarship and financial aid, direct institutional compensation, and the terms that shape an athlete’s future.

Followers don’t equal scholarships. We focus on what does.

01Not a social-media recruiting service.
02Not a highlight-posting subscription.
03Not vague exposure without a strategy.
04Representation centered on real decisions and real value.

Frequently asked questions

Before we talk.

Clear answers matter—especially when the decisions involve eligibility, education, and significant financial opportunities.

Who do you represent?

We consider high-level high school prospects, current college athletes, and transfer athletes in women’s basketball across the United States. Representation is selective and based on mutual fit.

Do you guarantee a scholarship or a specific payment?

No. No representative can ethically guarantee a college offer, roster spot, scholarship amount, or compensation increase. Our role is to help athletes pursue, understand, compare, and navigate legitimate opportunities.

Is this a social-media exposure service?

No. Our core work centers on real recruiting opportunities, offer evaluation, revenue-share guidance, negotiation strategy, and informed decision-making. Promotion may support a broader strategy, but it is not the product.

Do you provide legal advice?

We provide representation and strategic guidance and coordinate with qualified attorneys, tax professionals, and school compliance personnel when specialized advice or review is appropriate.
